We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Architect or Architecture Graduate (5+ years’ experience) to join our team in a full-time position. You’ll become part of our close-knit studio in Mermaid Beach. It’s an environment where serious work happens, but the process itself is enjoyable.
You will be working on high-end residential projects from concept through to completion, ensuring design intent is carried consistently through from client Brief through to construction.
We are loooking for someone with strong design instincts, high attention to detail and who possess a positive, proactive approach - always open to sharing ideas, learning from others and contributing to a supportive environment.
This is an opportunity to contribute to the continued evolution of the practice as we grow, and to be involved in a strong pipeline of projects for 2026 and beyond.
This is a collaborative, office-based position (100% in studio).
Required Skills and Experience
Degree in Architecture (registered Architect or Master Graduate actively working toward registration)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-end residential architecture working on projects of similar scale and complexity
Demonstrated end-to-end project delivery
Comfortable balancing architectural intent with planning requirements, buildability and cost management
Strong working knowledge of NCC, Australian Standards and local planning requirements
Advanced ArchiCAD modelling and documentation skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign)
Confidence using the Microsoft Office suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong time management
Strong multi-tasking and adaptability skills, ready to jump between projects with ease whilst keeping the team informed and aligned.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to resolve complex design and construction issues
